Yes, along with the option of removing the button in the post this is a great idea. Looks much better if the "0" was not there.

Great work!

User selectable background colour

Sorry if this has been requested before, but I can't seem to find it. Some of my users are complaining about the light background on my site. I was wondering if it would be possible to make a user selectable one, possibly giving them a custom field in their profile that would simply be used in the t...

Re: [BETA] Advanced Polls 1.2.1

I am testing this extension and it works well apart from one issue. My timezone is set to UTC+1. When I make a poll and tell it to run until 4pm it tells me it is running til 5pm. Confirmed, there is an issue when the PHP.ini timezone is different from the user's timezone. Working on a fix for this...

Re: [RC] National Flags

Interesting, the composer.json I installed says the following: "extra": { "display-name": "National Flags", "soft-require": { "phpbb/phpbb": ">=3.1.4,<3.2.*@dev" } } Should that not install ok, or is the dependency on 3.1.6-RC1 mentioned so...

Re: [RC] National Flags

I might be missing something obvious, but I'm getting an error when I try to enable the extension:

Code: Select all

The selected extension cannot be enabled, please verify the extension’s requirements.
My phpbb version is 3.1.5 and PHP version is 5.4.34

Is there some other dependency I am missing?

Re: [Dev] we_universal 2.4.0

Will the sticky header be optional? I don't mind it on large screens but it doesn't work nicely on the phone, rather keep the screen for the content than have half of it taken up with the header.

Re: [Dev] we_universal 2.4.0

A lot of new posts here :) New updates should start since Friday/Saturday. Situation with my work probably don't change in next weeks to have enough spare time. I don't want endless delay the release so further updates will bring mostly bug fixes and small visual one. Details polishing is moved to ...

Re: Attachment quota per user (based on group)

Are you talking about a "total" quota per user or a "daily" (or other time period) quota? If you set a total quota then what happens when the user reaches that limit? Yes they stop posting attachments which could be counter productive. If they were to delete the "old" ...

Attachment quota per user (based on group)

I find it unbelievable that this is not included in the core product, but as it isn't I'll request a mod :) At present I am loathed to allow attachments to my forums as some users will definitely become prolific posters of attachments and the logistics of hosting it will go through the roof. A quota...

Re: Image Watermark

I'd like this too. With an image upload form, watermark position, transparency choice etc. It's not always about 'Claiming copyright', it could be simply tagging an image with where it's hosted (Been uploaded to), in that respect when somebody uploads an image to your forum, they are 'Potentially' ...

Re: [Dev] we_universal 2.4.0

I have done quite a bit of testing so far and the two things that I could do with fixing are: - It'd be nice to have an online status notifier - The bar that appears at the top when you scroll up is very annoying on phones... could do with an option to disable it Not tested messages yet, so can't co...

That's great, thanks for your effort :)

Re: [Dev] we_universal 2.4.0

Hi,

Is it possible to turn off the floating header feature, and just have it at the top of the page (instead of appearing on scroll-up)?

Thanks,

Jim

Re: [BETA] TinyPic

The problem is these workarounds are done server-side, and as the image is not on our server it's really an issue TinyPic would have to sort out. The only thing we can do (I think) is add the CSS for Firefox users so they at least see it correctly. Mobil Safari works already, so that's the iThings c...
