Updating Phpbb: Smilies getting messed up!

I want to update my Phpbb install, but the last time I did this the package reinstalled all the default smiles and made it so that my custom smilies don't show up in any posts older than the update. For example you would see the code: :ninja: instead of: http://209.85.48.12/13103/34/emo/lidsey.gif ....

Read my response to chimp77 a few posts ago. My mod does exactly this.
Thank-you, I hope it gets validated

Re: [RC] Disable links for new users & guests

It's about time we had a mod like this! No more fooling around when we can just deny the spammers what they want outright!

Re: Preventing Spam in phpBB 3.0.6 and Above [*Read First Po

I'm getting crazy amounts of bot spam at the moment, really crazy amounts, as in doubling the posts in a forum crazy. Is there a mod that prevents a user with under ten or so posts from posting if the post they are trying to make contains a link? :? I think this would stop it dead.

Re: spam and no url allowed in

I'm after something very similar though, and I don't want to alter the registration form. The last time I did that it broke the form for three months.

Making replies and new topics more visible

Hi, I really want to make it so that new topics and topics that have new replies are more prominent. Can anyone help me with this? I remember there was a mod that made it so the last three posts were placed as links next to the forum name on the index, does anyone have anything like this as I can't ...

Re: Putting post dates back on CA Black

That's odd, it is a later version though. I think I did complain about it, maybe they did something.... I think I'll just download the new version and re-mod, though I've lost the link to their colouriser, do you have it? :P

Re: Putting post dates back on CA Black

I'm sorry, it's nothing personal, but I don't like giving out that link to non-moderators as I don't want trolls. :P I have explained why to them.

Putting post dates back on CA Black

I have a Prosilver theme called CA Black which has the code for posting dates removed in viewtopic. Could anyone tell me how to put the dates back? It still has topic post dates dates in viewforum. This isn't a bug, but rather was done by the style designers. :?

Topic icons?

I've always wanted topic icons, but I can't work out how to turn them on. They seem to work in PMs, but I've had three themes and I've never seen them in posts. I've checked posting options, but there isn't anything! Can anyone help?
