Re: phpBB Gallery

I'm getting ready to install this but am curious how images are stored on the server. Is a new folder made for each group of images or are they all lumped into a single upload folder?

Thanks!

Send email on IP visitation

I have a security issue where I'd like to be sent a PM or an email whenever anyone visits from a selected range of IP addresses. Is there a mod for this already, perhaps? I tried searching but maybe I wasn't using the proper terms.

Re: New Posts In Specific Forums Only?

<!-- IF FORUM_ID eq N --> Some code <!-- ENDIF --> Thanks. That wasn't exactly what I meant but you did give me variable {FORUM_ID}. :-) What I'm actually doing is adding a command to viewforum_body.html that says "View New Posts In {FORUM_NAME} Only". When a member clicks on this it now gives them...

Re: New Posts In Specific Forums Only?

No, I need a template variable to pass the forum ID automatically to the search string. ;)

Re: New Posts In Specific Forums Only?

As an update to this, I found that if I do a normal search (not including any search terms) and then add "search_id=newposts&" to the string that it will actually do what I want so it seems the functionality is "baked in" but there's no immediate way to access it. The biggest hurdle is replacing the...

New Posts In Specific Forums Only?

I've been wondering if there is a way to show now posts in a specific group of forums only? I run a site which talks about differing topics and having a single "View New posts" display is confusing for some.

Thanks!

Re: Prime Links

That really is odd. I tried it in two different Styles, including a virgin ProSilver with no mods at all, and it just wouldn't work.

Re: [RC1] Prime Quick Style - Switch styles from any page

Okay, just upgraded from 1.0.2 to the latest version and have run across an oddity... placing this into the overall_header.html <!-- INCLUDE prime_quick_style.html --> does not work. However, copying the code out of that file and putting it in it's place works fine. :? ETA: Scratch that... the permi...

Re: Prime Links

The supplemental "Forum Links" does not seem to work for me. I've gone over the edits 3 times (and they aren't difficult, seemingly) but no success. Forums that are set as links continue to open in the same window. To be clear, in: styles/prosilver/template/forumlist_body.html I changed: <a href="{f...

Re: Hide "E-mail address" in member profile for registered users

I am going to have to regress this on version 3.0.4, on my clean 3.0.5 board this is buggy because when the group has permission to send email the icon/link appear, I remove the permission and they disappear, I add the permission back and the icon/link do not re-appear. So once I've set the permiss...

Re: Hide "E-mail address" in member profile for registered users

**edit** ok now wait a minute. Is this board you are talking about the one in your sig, The Blue Whale Pub? If so it's still running version 3.0.1 so I am not sure how this behaved in that version.... What board is this issue with? A different one, if so what version is it? Actually, it's running 3...

Re: Hide "E-mail address" in member profile for registered users

You are using a custom style, at least that's what it looks like. (Night?) If you switch to prosilver, the default style that came with the board, do you still see the email link/icon? The screen grabs above were in ProSilver (and the default theme is actually ProSilver, as well, simply with a few ...
