Yikes, I have this problem - but I don't know how you go about optimizing the tables in phpbb_sessions

Do you mean optimize them via phpMyAdmin?

Is there a search of this ilk geared more towards users? I'd like for my users to be able to search for other users by username or email address (and some custom fields I have) for instance. :) Thanks. This will be so cool Yeah, I second it. I'm planning to add more fields to my board, but it won't...

Thank you, webmedic This isn't what I'm looking for though. I need the links that go back to the original source because this is how we are cross-promoting one another. I'm offering them a section of my viewforum.php pages (I'm thinking of squeezing in a column on the right side of the entire page) ...

Can this mod be adapted to use feeds other than moreover? For example, say I wanted to present content from this feed http://en.pots.com.tw/pots.rss in my viewforum pages

Any ideas?

(I've cross posted this on Niels website, too :))

jfyi, I ultimately switched to [spam] -- they are quite sophisticated in handling MySQL loads. They even came up with their own metric: "conuaries" -- which represents MYSQL connections and queries My forum now averages about 15 million conuaries a month. I estimate that the host that I discussed ab...

Hmmmm. I went ahead and set up the multiple forum. now that I've done it, I don't see how I could move a post from, say, Forum A of Discussion Board 1 to Forum Z of Discussion Board 2. Each Discussion Board uses it's own set of post and topic tables, so how would you go about moving posts/threads fr...
