Thanks for the responce, To cache the query - i'm using: $cache_length = 300; $result = $db->sql_query($sql, $cache_length); But this is for a custom table that isn't part of the phpBB table-set, and to make things worse it uses two or more tables in the query. I'm currently caching many of my SQL queries to improve performance on our website. This is working perfectly at the moment. Nobody?!?!?! This is insane - a problem like this and no help...I've had over 200 emails this weekend from users saying they can't use the site!

I manually deleted all the files from the cache folder (except the .htaccess and index.php) and then that seemed to fix it. Hope this may help anyone else who has the same problem as i received no help from others on there :roll:

Literally ANY ideas would be appreciated...i just need to turn on caching and allow people to use PM's - this was disabled and now i can't re-enable it...

It says 'module not accessible' when i try viewing pms :idea:
