Re: Database Back Up

I've used the support toolkit form this site to clear my database of all things which did not come with the original phpbb package. MODS in particular. It's worth it look as it's user friendly!

Re: phpbb+wiki?

I have found that the problem with this plugin results in losing all admin prvilidges.

If you apply this plugin then ensure you have completely set up the wiki before releasing it. I am forced to remove the plugin if i have to make changes which require admin status.

Re: Replace the default login-page with my own

It's quite easy: open the login_body.html file and use your fav editing software (such as notepad) to make the below edits by coping and pasting all the text into Notepad. You can find the file here: STYLES > PROSILVER (presuming your using prosilver - if not then select the template your using) > T...

Re: custom UCP?

You'll need to add a new module within the ACP and add what you want from the drop down menu

Re: Can't access module management

I believe if you download the support tool by phpBB and upload it to your server you should be able to reset various features within your ACP, in particular the system module.

You can find the download here

Post / Topic authorization

Changing the colour of new message alert

Hello peeps, I once found a style edit which changed the New Message count colour from the default grey when there was no new messages to red (with the number of new messages) when there was a new message(s) in the users inbox. Clearly this is a CSS issue but i'm struggling to find the code. Anyone ...

Re: Starting with basics

Would the toolkit keep intact all posts, users, forums etc? I botice on the support kit page that it says (removes all MODS), understandably i wouldn't want all the data erased!

Re: Adding pictures to a users profile

Does the mod have the ability to display pictures on a users profile rather than one section of a forum?
