Re: [DEV] TS Photo Gallery Mod for phpBB3

A basic migrator script (from Smartors (phpbb2) to TS Gallery v.0.2.0) is now available For info please see HERE and please let me know what you think. Thanks. Thanks VT. I just downloaded the migrator script + 0.2.0 (been using 0.1.1). I'll update, give it a run through and let ya know how it goes.

Re: [DEV] TS Photo Gallery Mod for phpBB3

Hi visiblethunder, I know in an earlier post a couple pages back you had mentioned a script that would copy multiple image files to the image folder for this script. I was wondering however, if you (still) had plans to write a conversion from Smartor's photo album (phpBB2) to your photo gallery mod....

Re: The time is wrong..

Yup... checked or unchecked, makes no difference. For reference sake, this is a clean install of phpBB3 3.0.0 (no update from an RC release). EDIT - something I do notice, is that under board settings in the admin panel, the 'date format' field shows the time correctly as UTC (no + or - ). Under 'my...

Re: The time is wrong..

Yes, I used the lil script above to verify my server host time. Right now, the only way I can get the correct time to display, is if I set my timezone in the UCP to be one hour behind of what it actually is. Still troubleshooting to see if there's anything else I am missing... I've been known to hav...

Re: The time is wrong..

There's gotta be a bug in the phpBB3 code that handles timezones. I am having the same issue. I have verified that my server hosts time is set for EST (UTC -5). My board is also set for UTC -5. But no matter what I set my timezone for in my user profile, it is always one hour ahead of what it should...

The issue is caused by having a maximum image allowance for forum posts set in the ACP.
Sounds good to me. Thanks.

Re: [DEV] TS Photo Gallery Mod for phpBB3

Hi again... got an interesting lil issue with using 'img' tags and trying to link to a photo in the gallery. Say I have a pic on my gallery, and I want to show a thumbnail of it in a forum post. The link to that would work fine in the address line of any browser (http://yourdomain.com/phpBB3/gallery...

Re: [RC1] WP-United: WordPress Integration (v0.6.0 01/12/07)

CoenJacobs: I hope you're wrong about the drop of support. I know the wp-united author hasn't even visited his own forums in over a month of this post, but I'm hoping it's just some Real Life (tm) issues that are keeping him away, and not a lack of interest.

Re: [DEV] TS Photo Gallery Mod for phpBB3

Does it require a specific PHP version to function? I am using: 4.4.7 My webhost uses php 4.4.7, and everything works fine. VT - great job. Just installed this mod on a site I am working on for me and the wife, and it installed without a hitch. Looking forward to further improvements, and hopefully...

Re: [RC1] WP-United: WordPress Integration (v0.6.0 01/12/07)

I've posted this on the wp-united.com forums, but havent received a reply, and it looks as if the author hasnt visitied his forum in almost a month :| So I'll post this here, in hopes that some of you have found a solution to my issue. Here's the quote from my original post over there: Just did a fr...

Re: [BETA] Antispam for all fields (updated: 07-02-2007:V1.2.5)

Just wanted to say thank you Ramon for making this script. Spam registrations were slowly but surely becoming an increasingly annoying problem on my msgboard. Havent had any issues since installing this script. Myself and my users thank you.

Hey smartass, unless you have anything constructive to say, then stay out of the topic. 'Exact same issue' means that I am experiencing the 'exact same' conditions that MrBeefy is having. If I knew exactly what the cause was, then I wouldn't be asking for help. I'm not getting a 'syntax error in lin...

I used that template check .php file on my board, and it showed that everything was correct and in place. However, I still have the exact same issue as MrBeefy, with the exception that I can turn on/off visual confirmation thru the ACP. Any other ideas or other places in the script we should look at?
