Re: Proper way to insert image into footer?

What? admin_styles.php does not even exist. Lets try to simplify things. In my overall_footer.php I would like to change this... <div class="copyright"> Copyright© 2008 {SITENAME}<br /> Powered by <a href="http://www.phpbb.com/">phpBB</a> Version {VERSION}<br /> <a href="http://validator.w3.org...

Re: Proper way to insert image into footer?

This method works just fine but I would like to do it more or less in the same way as the rest of the images on the site. This is NOT how images are coded in phpBB. I would like to define them universally so I can use them when and where needed easily by calling {EXAMPLE_IMG} I DO NOT want to hard ...

Re: Proper way to insert image into footer?

I tried to be as clear as possible but I guess I was still misunderstood. I know how to purge my cache in the ACP. I did refresh my template in the Styles admin. That is not the problem. In fact, I don't really have a problem, per se. I was just asking for the proper way to code an image into the fo...

Proper way to insert image into footer?

Hi, What is the proper way to input an image into the footer in phpBB3/prosilver? I've tried all kinds of things in the * Generate page header section of the functions.php file and common.php in an attempt to define the image and then display it in overall_footer.php but none seem to work. All I wan...

Re: show_moderators_on_forum_view

How come nobody can really answer what this MOD does? phpBB3 currently displays moderators in the forum view (viewforum.php) pages. How is this MOD different? phpBB3 already does this by default out of the box.

SCREENSHOT PLEASE?

Re: 475 Narius Categorized Smilies for phpBB3

This package contains just about every smiley ever made. Some look best on light backgrounds, some look best on dark. Personally I think they all look good on both backgrounds.

Re: [BETA] Phoogle (Google) Map

Whoops! I really should read back further before posting. I read the current page but it was all mumbo jumbo to me so I posted my problem. Sorry. The fixes that are mentioned on page 46-47 work perfectly. There are two ways this can be resolved: 1. (easy way) ACP > MODS > Phoogle Map Settings > Show...

Re: [BETA] Phoogle (Google) Map

I installed Phoogle Map v0.2.0 on two of my sites. Phoogle was working great and functioning perfectly. One day it just stopped working (see screenshot). Anyone know why? I did not touch anything. I made no edits to files or database. I'm not sure what happened but whatever it was it was not of my d...

Re: want forum pointing to external URL to open in new window

I don't know about Subsilver because I don't use it but in prosilver you would open up root/styles/prosilver/template/forumlist_body.html and find the line that says: <!-- IF forumrow.S_IS_LINK --> change the line after it by doing something like this: <a href="javascript:;" onclick="window.open('{f...

Re: Categorize Announcements and Stickies

I'd like to see this Mod demonstrated a little better at your site. Can you post a sticky there so we can see all 4 sections in action?
  • Global Announcements
  • Announcements
  • Stickies
  • Normal Topics
Or am I not understanding the capabilities of this Mod?

Re: Forum Title Colour

Yea man I took my time, went very slowly and followed your instructions perfectly. When I attempt to refresh the templates it says: General Error Could not open ./../styles/prosilver/template/colour_swatch.html To remedy this, I copied colour_swatch.html from: root/adm/style/ colour_swatch.html and ...

Re: [BETA] Phoogle (Google) Map

As far as releasing a stable or approved version, understand that the difference between mods in development and approved MODDB mods is a very rigorous screening process by the phpBB mod DB team. This is a good idea, really, as it provides the best chances that different mods will behave well with ...
