Yes, the SDK is Software Development Kit. They are the images, in Adobe Photoshop format, for you. If you want to make a theme with different colors, you can download that and custmize it to your liking. :)

Exactly! Whenever you upgrade you should always backup your files, also when you move to a different place. Yes, just go into the admin panel and edit the url, and then move it to the root. :)

It looks like you started the installatin and then stopped, and resumed it previously? Are you upgrading or doing a fresh install? If you are doing a fresh install, delete all the tables in the database. If not, reply back.

Yea, that might be. Why not trying to upload it to a remote server? And be sure you do that in the proper mode as well (ASCII).

Yes, all you have to do is edit the templates. :) If you need help with that, I can help you through IM. But the templates are pretty basic/self-explanatory.

Hey, that's a very smart idea. Is there anyone here who has done both of the converters? That seems like it would work.

Yes it's possible. I use a dark-blue on my site with orange writing. Check out http://kylecool.com/main.php I really didn't memorize it, but you can view the source and it is in the header. Is that what you are talking about? Take a look and tell me what you think. :)
