Yep, the develpers are very busy and sometimes don't see all the feature requests in the forums. With this tracker, it tracks requests and bugs and they look at it everyday. :)

Make sure the host is correct. Check the user's password. It is case-sensitive. Also, make sure the user has permission to that db. ;)
