Prevent Doubleposting (+ time required) - solved

Prevent Doubleposting When a User posts into a thread where he already has the lastpost, no new post will be added. The lastpost of him will be edited and the new text is put after his first message. This will be done until the old post is older than 24 hours (you can change this timespan yourself)...

Re: Is IE6 a priority anymore?

Although this is a minor example (changing a small piece of code from the phpBB 3 style), it was the only browser that not accepted the new code:

IE 6 reminds me a lot of malwares that I came across in the last years...

Unfortunatelly, the only phpBB 3 MOD available is on the beta stage, and not working as it should. :(

Re: [REQ] Edit Post and Registration Dates

Sadly, I was looking today my board and some posts from the StarTrekGuide and I discover something... The [BETA] Change Post Time 0.0.2 is not working as it should. Not working like the old "Edit Post Date" from phpBB 2 at all. See the post below: Has anyone cracked this problem yet? I've been...

Re: Warning on reply to old thread

I don't know if there's one for phpBB 3, but the ideas placed on this thread might be interesting for you: :)

[REQUEST] MOD that can close board in specific periods

Is there a MOD that can do this job? :) I mean, the MOD will have to rely on the "disable board feature" from phpBB 3 and will be closed (accessible for members from specific groups/ranks) in specific periods of each day (for example, I want my board closed from 01:00 AM to 06:00 AM, and open from 0...

[Bugs/code changes/new versions] Simple question...

It's a simple question, I think everyone that is not a developer might have asked someday. It's not only about phpBB, but anything related. Are there any chances of getting rid of new versions, code changes, someday in the future, and new entries in the changelog from phpBB become very rare? Nevermi...

Re: [REQUEST] Auto Media Embedding MOD

I see her point. vB has it as a mod and it's brilliant. I would like to see such MOD here, but this feature, for example, is not mandatory for me: * can extract the title (requires your server to allow url wrappers with fetch_contents) Because I saw some problems with one vB forum that was eating s...

Re: [REQUEST] Auto Media Embedding MOD

* Allows user to simply 'paste' in a URL (i.e. a youtube link) without needing to know any special tags. However instead of displaying just the URL, it will show the media within the post I think that description explains everything... Just post any URL like this: http://www.youtube.com/w...
