Re: Bullet points

Thank you..

Can I ask you to clarify please. I was recently told not to start a new post but to edit my post because of the 6 hour bump rule? Am I still doing it wrong?

Thank you

Email: confirm activation

Hello..

My board is set to have all new registrations authorised by an Admin - Once activated I would like the board to automatically send out an email informing the new user that their account is now active.. My question is, is this possible? and if so, how?

Thank you!

Re: General error

Yes, I think it has something to do with the user as she's logged in now - She followed a link from a watched post notification and got straight in. I upgraded from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3. Everything else is fine.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Re: Maintenance requirements

Thank you, that would explain a lot... Around this time my ISP contacted me stating that my forum required a dedicated server because it was using so much CPU time, this is natually a nonsense and maybe the error all tied in with problems on their servers.

Re: General error

M forum has been fixed - apparently I needed to clear some data out that was over full .. Really sorry but I can't remember what it's called but I'm told it needs to be done regularly.

Thank you!

Re: [Beta] AJAX Chat/Shoutbox MOD 2.0.0 Beta 8

Thank you very much, your response is appreciated! Is there any where can see this shout box? The last shoutbox used a huge amount of CPU, so much that my ISP wanted to charge me $1198 USD a year to host my tiny little forum.

Where do I get the download from please?

Philip
