I downloaded the blog mod from Hyperion's site, version 0.2.3 (I compared this one with 0.2.3b in blogpoint.com, it's almost the same) I checked, triple checked, there is no such a file named "weblog_faceplate_body.htm.php" in the download package. I uploaded all files just as it should be...

I tried, but it's not working! Once I turned on template_file_caching, this kind of errors are everywhere every template in the blog, the error below is just an example. Warning: fopen(/home/XXX/public_html/bbs/cache/Morpheus/../../weblogs/templates/classicGray/weblog_faceplate_body.htm.php): failed...

I'm sorry I really dont understand what you suggest.

I have already CHMOD /cache/ to 777, do I need to set all of the blog templates to 777?

Thanks!

That's what I dont understand. /cache was already set to 777, all other forum files are cached successful, except the weblog template files. The following line is telling you that you need to reset the permission somewhere: Warning: fopen(/home/XXX/public_html/bbs/cache/Subsilver/../../weblogs/templ...

Hello, Has anybody tried or noticed the template cache thing? The blog mod in my forum is now working, but it's very slow . I cannot use the "template_file_cache" beacause blog templates render many error messages which explained in the following "quote". If I use template_db_cac...

I have a problem with the blog mod. If I use original includes/template.php, everything is OK. But if I turn on template_file_cache.php (the one in /contrib of phpbb package), page "weblog.php" turns out a lot of error messages: Warning: fopen(/home/XXX/public_html/bbs/cache/Subsilver/../....

hello,

I'm interested in it. But what I want is somewhat different.
I want to include lastest 10 (or other number) sticky topics all of the forum into every topic page (viewtopic.php?t=X).

Will your mod achieve this?

Hello, I can see your mod works in RSS aggreators, but how can I use it in the same website? like you do. I simply want to display topic titles of all stickys in somewhere of my forum. Thanks! I am surprised no one has ever asked for this before. We have a mod we created that would only display Anno...
