Re: Prosilver colour change - buttons gone?

I have just discoverd it must be Adobe Go Live CS2 that is ****ing up my codes! I copied/pasted the complete colours.css coding as per your last post Raimon, checked that the coding was correct - which it was! - saved it, and then uploaded it. The forum icons still don't show, and then when I re-ope...

Re: Prosilver colour change - buttons gone?

Thanks Raimon for the advice. What is strange is that I NEVER changed the areas of the code that you mention, just the 6 digit colour codes on the line above them? So how did they change by themselves? Out of interest, I'm using Adobe Go Live CS2 on an Apple Mac to edit my codes. Is that OK, or coul...

Re: Prosilver colour change - buttons gone?

I'm not sure what you meant by 'CSS links' so his is my complete overall_header.html code. Hopefully this is what you were asking for Silverdown?... <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml...

Prosilver colour change - buttons gone?

Hi all, and apologies if this is in the wrong forum. I have carried out some colour changes to my Prosilver based forum following seeing Raimon's tutorial - http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=926045 I can guarantee that all I changed was a few colour references, and all of a sudden ...

Where do these buttons live?

I'm trying to change the following two buttons, and wondered if anybody could tell me where they are located? I need to download the originals, change them for something more relevant, and upload new versions. http://img119.imageshack.us/img119/8062/newtopicoq6.jpg http://img139.imageshack.us/img139...

Thanks Semi_Deus, but I have added a little extra as well! If you add... <!-- IF U_MCP --><p>{CURRENT_TIME} <br />[ <a href="{U_MCP}">{L_MCP}</a> ]<!-- IF U_ACP --> [ <a href="{U_ACP}">{L_ACP}</a> ]<!-- ENDIF --></p><!-- ELSEIF S_USER_LOGGED_IN --><p>{CURRENT_TIME}</p><!-- ENDIF ...

Re: Moving the Admin Contol Panel Link.

Thanks Semi_Dues, but can you clarify what exactly I need to paste in the viewforum_body.html and viewtopic_body.html so that I don't get the 'It is currently Wed Apr 30, 2008 2:02 pm' and 'Last visit was: Wed Apr 30, 2008 7:37 am' at the top of each Forum and Topic page but so that I do get the [ M...

Re: Moving the Admin Contol Panel Link.

Hi Xaijun - very coincidentally I was just about to post the following... The [ Administration Control Panel ] link is now on the Board Index page, next to the [ Moderator Control Panel ], but then if you go into each Forum or Topic it's missing! It has certainly been deleted from the bottom of each...

Re: Moving the Admin Contol Panel Link.

I'm pretty sure this is the combination of a couple of posts above, including the missing closing switch mentioned. I think this is what I posted and it works fine on my forum. To add it to the right of [ Moderator Control Panel ], OPEN (prosilver) index_body.html. FIND <!-- IF U_MCP --><p>{CURRENT_...

Thanks, I'll give it a go tomorrow as it's a little late now to start doing that kind of task!

I'll let you know how I get on. ;)

Re: adding tittle of the past post

I too would like to incorporate this mod, but can you please be more specific of what code I need to look for within styles/prosilver/forumlist_body.html and what I must replace it with?

Sorry - bit of a newbie to all this!
