you could disable registrations completely in the ACP (under Registration Settings)

or you could do approval "By User" or "By Admin", "By User" traditionally stops spammers because they don't have legit email addresses

- .htaccess is a linux file extention, therefore, it won't work on a windows server (which I'm guessing you have with Yahoo, as most of their servers are windows) Incorrect. nothing is wrong with your forum itself, or the hosting, it sounds like Yahoo's email filters are detecting your email address as a spam one, therefore it's being sorted in the spam folder... try using a non-spam sounding address for your board emails like, admin@yoursite.com or webmaster@yoursite.c...

Have you already check if you got permission to edit post on the forum permissions? You can easy check it by ( ACP -> Forums -> Forum moderators -> select the forum -> select the group -> Advance Permission -> Post actions -> Can edit posts -> yes ) . I tried that and it didn't work, but I reinstal...

Can't Edit Posts

I, nor any of the users on my board, can edit their posts. I can delete and do any other moderation tasks but editing does not work.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
