Re: th23 IP Trace

There's really not much of a screenshot that it could give - it just turns the IP address into a link, and the link takes you to another page that shows the location of the IP on a google map. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cool mod! That ...

Re: First post on every page

There is no .xsl file in the template folder, rendering it unreadable in the browser.

Mysql error when accessing control panel

I've screwed up my forum in the process of moving it from one server to another. Now when I try to access the user control panel, I get the following error: General Error SQL ERROR [ mysqli ] Got error 28 from storage engine [1030] SQL SELECT DISTINCT u.user_id, u.username, u.username_clean, u.user_...

Re: SEO MOD

BUMP Problem: The users' SID is showing up in the URL for unauthenticated users (I think only after they log out, though I haven't figured out if there are other situations yet). For example, a url looks like this: http://www.site.com/?sid=33b3fec9d103a0 ... 372252c5af This is a security risk AND it...

Re: Moving the forum into a sub folder

I was able to do it by going directly into the database and adjusting the value. Thank you for your help, much appreciated.

Ahh I get it, I can do that. I want the leading slash, but no trailing slash, right?

Removing session ID from URL (SEO mod)

I added the SEO mod to my site today, but unfortunately, URLs for unauthenticated users are coming through with the session ID in them (ex: http://www.site.com/?sid=33b3fec9d103a0 ... 372252c5af). Does anybody know how I can stop this? Big security risk!

Moving the forum into a sub folder

I want to move my forum from the top level of the domain into a subfolder. For example, now the forum is at:

www.domain.com

I want to move it to

www.domain.com/forum/

Is this simply a matter of creating the folder and moving the files into it, or do I have to make some changes?

Oh ya, and thanks to the author of the mod. That must have been a hard one to write! It was a particularly long mod.

Re: SEO MOD

Those This Mod Work With 3.0.2 Yes or No Some one Tell me. Yes and no. It works fine (or seems to - I just installed it and all my URLs look good to me), but you will find that one of the lines of code you need to search for doesn't exist in 3.02 . Look on page 39 of this thread for the actual line...

Re: Change User's Post Count

I had to dig through this thread as well to find out that the cache needed to be purged. Nice mod, but I have to say that leaving the part about purging the cache out of the instructions seems like a pretty big oversite to me. There have obviously been a number of other people who had the same frust...
