You have to do this manually, there is no ready made script available for this import. If you understand table structures, you will be able to do this with phpMyAdmin or custom PHP script that read mambo table and insert into phpBB users table.

mod_security is Apache module to prevent hacking. Your web host set a rule that will not allow posting email through html form (may be stop aol spaming through form mail). The solution is edit mod_security rules and remove

([0-9a-zA-Z]+[-._+&])*[0-9a-zA-Z]+@([-0-9a-zA-Z]+[.])+[a-zA-Z]{2,6}

Why not use another FTP client that provide more details about the error ? FTP error can happen if you don't put FTP server name, FTP user or password correctly. Normal FTP clients will tell what is wrong in error message. Never used DW for uploading, so not sure if it provide detailed error message...

Since the error is random, it should be a server related problem. Check server error log, you may find some thing useful. This blank page happen only on posting page ?

Have you uploaded all files properly ?

The folder "forum" have sub folder "includes" and all files inside that ?

The error can also happen with some special server setup.

Can you explain what is mean by x'd out :D

If you provide actual url where you are having the problem, it is easy for others to understand and provide solution for your problem.
