Transfer single forum to another existing site.

All I would like to do is export all the posts from one forum on Site A and merge it with another forum on Site B? I have searched the community and have not found anything that fits this description. Basically what I am doing is breaking my sites apart, and reconsolidating them into new groupings. ...

I didn’t know there was a limit but this is all the more of a reason to come up with a BASIC set of standardized BBCode extensions. Choose the ones most frequently used or likely to be used, and make those into the new BBCode standard.

Just my opinion, feel free to flame away.

Looking at the BBCodes that have been listed so far, the only one that I would use on a regular bases would be. Strike Through Horizontal Lines Alignments (Center/Right/Left) Subscript/Superscript Fonts The one thing that is still missing probably because no one has figured it out yet is how to do s...

I am sure that’s true of the current BBCode as well.

Also I agree stay away form IE only BBCode

But I still don’t see why there can’t be an official support for BBCode 2.0 and just make it an option to enable or disable. (BBCode 2.0 would include 1.0 in it, e.g. its backwards compatible)

Was there ever a reason why the BBCode was never officially extended? Custom BBCodes are grate and all but it would be nice to have them officially supported.

I think that if we (if anyone is willing to help) break the current could down, we can come up with a fairly robust macro. Currently the biggest annoyance for me is the font size. What I am trying to do is get the default font size of the document (let face it not everyone used 12pt as their default...

Because no one cares, and I could not find one on the web, here is one that I pieced together. I suck at VB, and this is probably not the most efficient coding practice, but hey it works. For the time being I am keeping within the original BBCode specs listed http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/faq.php?mode=...

Word to BBCode Macro

I hope this is the correct place; Does anyone know of a MS word macro that will convert a document in word into BBCode. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy, only the basic stuff.

phpBB Template with MediaWiki

Does anyone know of a clean, simple, light (preferable grayscale), with color accents for the icons phpBB template, that also has a MediaWiki counterpart?

Before I upgraded it was working. If I remember correctly, There was a line I need to add to one of the scripts in order to execute php scripts inside tpl files. But I can not remember where or what the command was. Anyway if that does not work, then I would/should use another method. Right now <?ph...

But now nothing is being run. <?php include ("/menus/default_style.html"); ...
