That's strange, it's working fine for me in Forefox now, not sure what the deal was  Thanks for all your help and for making this great MOD  BTW, what does the Learn button do? Learn, learns the word for just that user. :) This does NOT use your database, so there is no impact to you, a...

I'd like to go with option A, expecially since I only use 1 template/style. I'm not sure where to set the color in phpspell.php though. Can you please help with this? I just want to set "Spell Check Completed" and "No misspellings found" to #000000. EDIT: I find it works if I ed...

Thanks for clearing that up! I am using the alpha. Is there a way just to change the text color of that one part? T...

Excellent MOD and easy to install :) I added 2 dictionary word lists: the English Bible and English. I did the Bible one first since it was smaller and it said that it processed so many, but didn't add all. Then I added the English one and it said this: Processed a total of 196143 words, added a to...

I've installed this MOD and updated the dictionary and all went fine, but when I tested it out and mispell words on purpose and then hit the spellckeck button nothing happens.

1. Try the Spell diags, and see if everything is working.
2. If you pm me your site I'll take a look.

Which brings up the question -- How many would be interested in having "Spelling-cow" type functionality in phpSpell where: This is exactly the reason I DONT USE Spelling Cow. I want to have the db served on my server, not someone elses. For me, to switch to this method would ruin the val...

Question. I've got a site which is for wine enthusiasts. The spell checker works like a charm there. I've got a list of thousands of wine names that would be easy to separate by commas and write into an SQL query to drop them into the spell-words table in one go. But there is also a field for phone...

Since I just ran across Spelling Cow myself. (He seems to be an excellent coder -- but I'm not sure I would try to commercialize something that has been "free" for several years now...) Which brings up the question -- How many would be interested in having "Spelling-cow" type fun...

Nope. Doesn't even need phpbb. As you will see on my site it can run standalone quite well.
