If you have errors installing due to the schema, please check it against the latest CVS (I'm assuming you're using CVS rather than B2 from the error in question) and file a bug report if it exists in there

The structure backup is exactly that - just the structure of the database, no data ;)

0.2.6 relies on certain server configurations which are no longer that common. 0.3.1 shouldn't have this issue

Are you sure you are actually using the version linked in this thread? What you describe sounds like you are using a much older version of the code
