Because 'sqlite' variant is very old, it uses some trucks to implement full DB functionality. So, I want to exclude degradations & problems with standard 'sqlite', then I've added a new case.

There is non-standard MOD. It's reasonably to use the MOD for a new forum installation, or for upgrade forums from SQLite 2.0+ to SQLite 3.0+. did you try to register like bot?
I want to say that registration 'by hand' don't like registration with automatic bot. Time of reaction is different.
To check the script seriously, you need to run any bot program.
If you check the script 'by hand' it works Ok.
