thanks man, saved me from remembering my old password for lycos.
I know it is at the bottom after you login, it is called php4u and mysql, you have to activate them.

There is something like this with geocities, if you host images on geocities, the forum doesnt pic up the images, why dont you just move the images to your new server.

There is a setting on lycos which you have to anable so that you can use the database, also to use php (i think) have you enabled that?

Have you installed the theme, and then saved it. once you have done that, you can go to the config page in the admin panel.

Then scroll down to the style part, and change the default style.

No you cant, in order to use PHPBB you need an SQL server to store all the logins and other things, the PHP is just the code that is used to run the layout of the forum, not the users.
