Re: Many languages still don't have 3.1.x translation packages

Sent a PM.
Our community has many people who volunteer to translate so perhaps they could help as well.

Re: Combined multi-language support pack?

For that an auto-translate button by Google does the magic. Obviously auto translations are not nearly as good as proper translations, but on our forums people manage to communicate with it.

Re: [RC] PM Search

Anyone else who'd like to relate to the original suggestion?

Many languages still don't have 3.1.x translation packages

Going today through all the language packs, seems only ~30 of them have versions for the 3.1.x version. Not all of them are updated to the latest 3.1.6 released about 2 months ago. Who's the person in charge of being in touch with the translation teams to encourage and help them get updated versions...

Re: Combined multi-language support pack?

Not much interest in the use case I've presented?
My question is simple: if adding/updating all languages would cost a webmaster about the same time as adding/updating one language, don't you believe more people would do that and thus make their forums more easily accessible?

Re: Reasons for "general error" in message_parser.php?

Thank you for your replies. As our PHP servers host are own software as well, a simpler choice was to clone them all. Perhaps I'll change it and separate phpBB altogether.

Re: Reasons for "general error" in message_parser.php?

That's fine for smaller forum. What about bigger ones that need more than one server?

Re: Reasons for "general error" in message_parser.php?

Thank you for your response.
As the forum isn't so MODified as the impression might have been, I'm still guessing the reason to be a sporadic sshfs problem.

Is there a different common solution for an attachments directory shared by multiple servers?

You're right. 3.0.12 - sorry for the typo.
Any answers to the questions presented might be helpful.
Thanks.

Re: Too many subscribers results in error 504 and repeated emails?

Where can I find information about these tables:
phpbb_forums_watch
phpbb_forums_track

Seems subscriptions are in the first one and notify_status is almost always set to 0. What's the meaning of 1 there?

How is phpbb_forums_track used?

Thanks

Re: Too many subscribers results in error 504 and repeated emails?

The questions presented were of general nature and not requesting a specific analysis of our forum and its conditions. If it matters, version is 3.0.12 but the question was also about how 3.1.x would handle it.

Which tables hold information about which users got sent which email notification?

Re: Reasons for "general error" in message_parser.php?

The code in the mentioned line is trigger_error('NO_ACCESS_ATTACHMENT', E_USER_ERROR); and some context: while ($row = $db->sql_fetchrow($result)) { $pos = $orphan[$row['attach_id']]; $this->attachment_data[$pos] = $row; set_var($this->attachment_data[$pos]['attach_comment'], $_POST['attachment_data...
