I want to make one of my forums non-searchable, by that I mean I want it to not come up with any of the threads within that forum when I click on the "view new post" button and i'd like that to be the same for all forum users. Does anyone know what i need to do? I thought i'd only have to leave the ...

Re: How to repair sessions database?

Yeah I know, its been my fear that I erase the whole board by updating it. I'm really no good at all that programming stuff. The webhost also suggested I upgrade it. I'm looking into it right now.

Do you think the sessions problem might go away by upgrading the board?

How to repair sessions database?

My site has been pulled down by the webhost a few weeks back as apparently there's a problem with the sessions database and slowing down their server big time. The site is back up but starting to slow down again, i'm getting the impression its going to happen again, here's the email the webhost sent...

Re: [BETA] Advanced PayPal Donation MOD 1.0.B4

I installed this mod according to the info that comes with it and the setup pics in the first post in this thread. I then setup the "settings" mod page in the ACP and hit the Submit button. ACP mentioned it all went well. What happens after that?? I don't have a donate button anywhere, how do I figu...

Minimum post mod before posting in a forum

I've got a classifieds section on my forum, there's way too much activity in there and not enough content on my forum.

Is there a mod that can force users to have a minimum amount of posts before being able to post ads in the classified forum?

Re: Anti-Bot Question

Fantastic mod. I installed this a couple of days ago. The question I put up is related to my forum itself (i.e. bass guitar forum, so bass specific question). This has been a godsend. It has gotten rid of ALL spammers, bots and human alike. I have even gotten rid of the CAPTCHA crap in the registrat...

Need Coding Help

I added this coding to my overall_footer.html file <a href="http://www.yourlinkgoeshere.com/"><img src="/styles/proFormell/theme/images/banner.jpg"/></a> It works perfectly fine on the footer and shows the image and links perfectly to the website. I'd like to have this line of code on the forum over...

I don't get the logic behind that at all but hey, it worked

Thanks very much for that, it's going to save a lot of the little hair I've got left.

'New Posts' Error?

I just started a new forum and get this "new posts", "no new posts" writing next to the new forum title. None of my other forums do that. How can I get rid of this??

Re: Forum Sponsor

I just installed the MOD and keep getting this error: "Language file forum_sponsor.php couldn't be opened." I've installed it in the language/en/mod directory. I've checked all the modified files twice and checked to see if I had put all the MOD files in the right folders twice. Anyone has any ideas?
