It looks like you have foo-bar'ed one of the edits in functions_post.php

Hi, try searching for a MOD called Users CSV. That is a MOD I created some years ago. It does what your MOD does and you might find it helpful. Good luck :D

Try using windows notepad instead. Just FYI, this modification of phpBB requires a little bit of text editing. Good luck.

Hi,
not sure why you're getting that error. I have installed the MOD both manually and using EasyMOD with no problems. The double-quotes in the error message look strange, though - and they are not added by this MOD.
