Wouldn't it be enough to check for .zip at the end of the param?

Code: Select all

'#^.*\.zip$#is'

0 or more instances of anything at the beginning of the param followed by .zip at the end of the param non case-sensitive treat as a string.

Technically, would that not be the same as

Code: Select all

'#\.zip$#is'
?

Actually, $db is the object used for the database abstraction layer and it is defined in includes/db.php $db = new sql_db($dbhost, $dbuser, $dbpasswd, $dbname, false); I suppose you could instantiate another instance of the object: $db2 = new sql_db($dbhost2, $dbuser2, $dbpasswd2, $dbname2, false); ...

Hmm, the insert_pm(); function does not instantiate a class. A bit at a loss as to why you'd get a redefined error...

The code logic (testing for a constant) seems very awkward to me. You want to know whether the extension is installed, so why not use the php function that was made for it?

For your code logic to work you'd have to do this:

Code: Select all

if(defined(CURLOPT_HTTPGET))
{
    code
}

Code: Select all

<b>Notice</b>:  Use of undefined constant CURLOPT_HTTPGET - assumed 'CURLOPT_HTTPGET' in <b>C:\www\base10.php</b> on line <b>2</b><br />
CURL is Installed<br />

I believe you'd have to call curl_init(); before that expression will test true which - ..defeats the whole point, doesn't it..? (How can you call the function if you haven't tested that the extension is there yet)

Hi,
I need to work out a different highlight scheme for the log page. Apparently some folks are experiencing problems and I have some idea of what's going on. In the meantime, feel free to upload admin_spamwords_log.php from the old distribution - it should work ok.

Hi, I read your first post and did this (then scrolled down and saw your virtually identical code): function unique_word($input) { return implode(' ', array_unique(explode(' ', $input))); } $line = 'in this data there are words and there are duplicate words and there are duplicate words that are dup...

Basically you would just comment out all the punishment measures.

Ie

Code: Select all

					warn_user();
					ban_user();
Becomes

Code: Select all

//					warn_user();
//					ban_user();
etc.

And yes, simply comment out the insert_pm() line and add one line for each admin that you want to receive a PM.

( I am a physician actually ) So is my wife, and I am a music producer.. You simply open the file in question and look paste in the code where it seems to fit. If you open up a standard phpBB file for the file in question you will be able to find the missing code, and that should give you some idea...

You or a MOD you have installed must have removed {postrow.IP_IMG}. I recommend doing that change by hand.

It would be very easy to PM alert an admin: in includes/spamwords.php FIND and ADD AFTER both instances. FIND insert_pm($userdata['user_id'], $spam_config['warn_user_pm_message'], $spam_config['warn_user_pm_subject'], $spam_config['pm_sender']); AFTER, ADD insert_pm(2, $spam_config['warn_user_pm_mes...
