will do, what file in the distro controls all the email sending, I think I can patch this up pretty easily.

Also note, previous versions of phpBB set the to: to nothing, which is also still bad, newer versions are not populating it to anything at all.

where do I post bug reports, I have found a bug in phpBB

I am 100% certain I can say that phpBB is non RFC complient in one aspect, where do I post bugs to in order to find a solution.

When someone posts a reply to a message I post in THESE forums, I never get a notification email, and my prefs are set correct as well, who do I contact?

Hello, I am running the latest phpBB under OS X, I just relaized something, I was wondering where all the bounced email messages went that were unable to be sent as a result of a typing error or a bad mail host or failed DNS lookup, seems mine all go into a mail account called www in /var/mail/ wher...

I am sorry to ask this, but I can not get the search engine to work, will the latest release of phpBB run under the latest version of php, or is there a recomended version of php to be running.

yeah, correct, and you have to remember, you can not just go by the auto incremenet field in posts, since that will never work, since you will always be off, posts get deleted and well, those dont count, I got it though... from the shell in mysql I do this...
