By images, do you mean avatars? Or do you mean images in general? If the former, CHMOD the <board_directory>/images/avatars directory to 777.

Anyway, have you tried changing the encoding settings through your browser? Try using UTF-8.

You can use image mapping to make a part of the image link to a different site :wink: .

Use as little HTML as possible in your phpBB board! It can easily create flaws in terms of security! Why don't you just use the [img]IMAGE URL[/img] BBCode?

You can disable Guest posting throughout the whole board by setting the permissions correctly in every forum.
