phpBB and Zopim Chat

Zopim chat is great. I have it working great on a large WordPress site. I put script in head of phpBB (overall header) as instructed. It works great on a PC, but on a smart phone, the chat button get's stuck on the screen and won't stay at bottom. Maybe a jqurey issue? Has anyone got this to work su...

Re: locating login form html

If possible, it would be great to have user directed to a login page (outside of phpBB) when they attempt to login. All logins need to be through my membership script and then user goes back to phpBB. The script has a completely separate login form which does not use anything from phpBB. I am in no ...

Re: locating login form html

Thanks, but I am trying to get the login page in phpbb (login_body.html) to redirect to another page (outside of phpBB). If it's too much of a hassle, I could just delete the form and put a link or something there. But if I could adjust where a user is redirected when they try to login (instead of l...

Re: locating login form html

Redirecting is a great idea.

Any ideas on where I might find that file and code in the file, in order to redirect to a different page?

locating login form html

When not logged in and viewing a topic, if I click the "post a reply" button, I am led to a login page located somewhere like: www.example.com/posting.php?mode=reply&f=4&t=402 Any ideas on where the html for this login form is? I've looked and looked in template files, but haven't been about to find...

Re: JW Player - responsive video

HabNurNeFrage - thanks for the reply. Are you confident this method could be used to display mp4 (H.264) responsive videos, which would play on any device (desktop, iphone, android, etc)? If so, do you have an example of how to include an mp4 with a poster image in the snippet? Thanks for any insigh...

JW Player - responsive video

Would be great to have this worked out (it's over my head). Could be used for youtube but also to view self hosted videos. JW Player is powerful. They are constantly working out kinks to make player better - work on more mobile devices, etc. Would be good to be able to set video ratio sizes individu...

Like many others, we would love to have this extension. Would be willing to pay for a premium extension if someone builds it.

Re: Merge two phpbb3 forums

I am very happy to have found this post. Thanks to all who contributed. I have two boards I need to merge together. Both are in 3.0.11 I do have several uses who are on both boards (same email, username, etc), and if possible, I would like the same users (with their posts, etc) to exists as one user...

Re: showing different forums based on link user clicks

An idea I had was to set up a usergroup (for example, usergroupF). This usergroup would have permissions set to be accessible for forum view 2 (15 out of the 30 forums on board), but not to forum view 1 (the other 15 out of 30 forums). So if a user was in usergroupF, they could see the 15 or so foru...

showing different forums based on link user clicks

I have two large boards. I am considering merging theme to make things easier (which I've seen elsewhere can be done). Is it possible for a user to click a link or button (which I can put in the header file), and when clicked, one set of forums is displayed? When they click another link in the heade...
