That still doesn't explain why your bots got broken. Are you able to compare files? Then you could compare all your phpBB files with those of a fresh installation to see which have been modified. Sogou is blocked in my robots.txt file (doesn't work!), so maybe that's why the information is not all there?

Fixed it! There's a button in the permissions section enabling guests to be able to see memberlist etc.

Incidentally, it looks the same in Chrome too.
