Hello,

You should be able to do that in your administrator panel. Login with your admin account and go to image settings, it's under "General".

Hello,

Have you created your website in PHP or how does your index works? If you're including every file from your index, all you need to do is to include the forum there also and it will appear inside your website.

Hello,

If you are renting a webserver, you will need to search in the PUBLIC_HTML folder. When you're there, hit the search button and type "install", it will find the folder.

Hello, This shouldn't be necessary at all but upgrading your server could be a good idea, although I find it pretty strange if you're only having PHPBB installed and it's taking too much CPU.
