Hmmm... If they can bookmark your site , can they not find the pages easily... ? Or... If you want you can have a link to your forum - no frames. You would then need to add a link back to your site. Maybe edit the logos link in the overall_header.tpl file to return to your sites home page... See Her...

Your best bet would be to download and install on your hosting server the phpMyAdmin.

This can be used to edit and modify your database on the server. . .

Cant find a link to it but if no one posts one PM me and I can upload it somewhere for you...

:D

~~~~~Edit~~~~~
Get it Here.
Editing css files
DO NOT edit anything on your site. You have a copy on your PC, yes? If not, download your frum to your PC... Edit (back up first!) and then upload to your server.... I suggested editPlus as it automatically saves the edited file as a .bak file (but overwritten each time you save and edit).. :D Check...
Are you sure you should be doing this... :?:
It's basic stuff... Perhaps read the FAQ and the manual that came with phpBB2 as well...
Look Here, and Here and Here.
Good Luck. . .
The question to ask is "Who is hosting your Forum".
They will have the means to block this person. as they are using their servers as an open relay . . . ! ! !
Have you tried to block the related IP address in the ACP ? ?
Good Luck . . .
The link to your forum, in your existing site should be set to either "_parent" - which will set it to open in the existing window completely taking the whole window, OR set the link to open in the frame you want it to... (such as mainFrame, frame2000 or whatever). Have a peep at my site to give you...
Just a note....
Your site does want to set an awful lot of cookies . . And added to them there are your "advert" cookies too . . .
What is the time for your session length?? This may have a bearing on this too...
Roll on built-in cookie blockers and ad blocking... :!:
There are a number of thiings to note here... When you first get to your forum, you will see the index, it will have a log in at the bottom (but that can be moved/copied to the top). See This . As set up, phpBB will allow access to memberlists, profiles etc.. There is a MOD you can apply to require ...
When you go into the admin panel, you are opening up a new "_parent" link which opens a frameset. As we can see with your frameset waaay too much space is allocated to the Admin Panels frame. Two ways round it are 1) use a browser that will allow you to resize the frame - then you can drag the divid...
The session he is logged into at work should expire after 3600 seconds (By default). So if it takes less time than that to get from work to home.... :( This could be resolved by reducing session length - say 1800 instead (in the Admin panel). But shouldn't he log out when leaving work? Simple matter...
There are 2 ways to do this. Fiirst :- create your own logo and name it logo_phpBB.gif and upload it to your templates/subSilver/images folder. OR :- Create your logo, call it what you like, again upload it - not necessarily to your templates/subSilver/images folder (could be anywhere). THEN edit yo...
Mass email
As an update... I have checked through the admin_mass_email.php and the very last line of code is "include('./page_footer_admin.'.$phpEx);". I assume this should be including the footer code/text in the mail? In all the last section is as follows :- // // Generate page // include('./page_header_admi...
Forum Mail Does Not Show Signature
Hi,
When I send "Mass Mail" from the Admin panel, the mail goes, however the text in the signature area does not show up in any of the mails sent. :?
Is this a known issue? or is there an easy and quick fix... :D
Thanks in advance...
