Logged in Sidebar

hey,
i am just starting to mod/stylise (or whatever you want to call it) my forums and am wondering what code it would take to make a sidebar that shows ONLY when you are logged into a user account. So the sidebar shows for everyone that is a registered user. Can anyone help me here?

Cheers, kev

well i don't have a vast knowledge of mysql but i tihnk you may get problems if you use the same database. if you have 2 seperate databases you will be fine. I'm not sure how many databases your host provides but im pretty sure you can't have 2 database tables with the same name.

I want to keep up with the latest versions of phpBB and I have no idea wether i have phpBB 2.0.6c or an earlier version. Is there any way to test what version i have?

Side Bar

hey,
i couldn't find any mod that did this so im requesting someone to make it please. Just to add a sidebar to the forums in the index body that can be easily modified through code or the Admin CP. If there has been one made then I'd appreciate a link to the topic or file.

Cheers, Kev
