I fully hope that in light of this ruling all ISPs in Sweden are prosecuted and shut down, because they aid their customers in getting access to illegal material.

Re: my best computer games ever !!

Personally, I'm more of a simulator-type person. Currently my game of choice is Simcity 4 - a vast improvement over simcity 3 if only for the plugins system. Unfortunately, most games I liked have gone 3d, with more emphasis on flashy graphics than actual gameplay - civilization 4 and rollercoaster ...

Re: The pluses and minuses of Spring

Re: Censorship of Australia

I think the censorship in internet is a bad thing. Internet is free and international. You would be happy to see your kid surfing hard porn or seeing you and your spouse having sex in youtube or some other video hosting service? For the former, you can easily install internet filtering software on ...

Re: Censorship of Australia

So you could host a forum in Australia, where bandwidth is hugely expensive and you risk a $11,000 fine, or you could host it in the USA where it's cheap and censor-free or NZ where it's low-latency and censor-free.

Re: Your opinions on the TPB trial (The pirate Bay)

The Pirate Bay. Pirate d software. Eggplant . It is simultaneously an egg and a plant . Lovely. Really. Now let's make some sense, shall we?
