Check with your host which ports they have open or you can try different ones. Note that whatever ports your ISP has open may differ from your host so testing it on your ISP can only tell you if the account is active. Try 465, that supports SSL. Not positive but 2525 doesn't ...

Session IP Validation ensures that your session is not being accessed from two different IPs. It is only an issue if your ISP is changing your IP radically during your session.

Hi Robert, The ISP's setup to stop a DDoS is to disable the site (I guess because it effects other sites on the same server rack). I agree this is not very useful. I just wish they could provide me with more evidence. I don't understand ...
