The provider allow me to host, also if that it was the case he would probably block the port 443 also 80 from port forwarding.

... than one or two people are accessing your IP at the same time, the speed could certainly be greatly affected. you should also be aware that your ISP may or may not allow you to host a website using their service and may cancel your account. robert

the point is that there is little info that can be gleaned from a IP address. your ISP and the maybe the city you live in. I have a static IP and it rarely shows up as being in the town I live it. usually it shows cities 100 or so miles away. also, people's IP address ...

My actual website? around 1995-96 on my isp's 5 mgb web space they gave away, my domain registered 1999-10-12 and as KYPREO did I started on the EzBoard around 2002 but it quickly got out of hand so installed my first phpbb board in Nov 2003

I have recreated the forum from last November, in another folder, so obviously 3.2.1 and it has the same problem. So this is not 3.2.2 related.

I don't think it is forum related, maybe my ISP is up to something. So I suspect there is nothing anyone can do here.

Apart from the issues mentioned above in regard to trying to use XAMPP on your own PC to host a site you may also find that you are violating your ISP's T&Cs.
