Re: 3.1.10 TO 3.2 Update Loop Issue

Got it...And what a bloody nightmare  All the blocks of text about changed and conflict files were saying to do stuff, merge etc but there were no options. Downloaded the modified files archive which contained one file, which I never modified! Uploaded it anyway, rechecked files and still said...

Re: 3.1.10 TO 3.2 Update Loop Issue

So the link that says Now start the update process by pointing your browser to the install folder in the ACP is incorrect?

Re: Discuss: phpBB 3.2 Rhea is upon us

Is there any real benefit from going 3.1.10>3.2 apart from php7? I've already been using fontawesome (Locally rather than externally I might add!) for years so that's a kinda mute point for me. Worried as I've combined all CSS into one or two minimised files, and made various tweaks here and there i...

Ah...no special reason mate, other than my slight OCD. I'll revisit this when I get time and try the responsive media queries.

Cheers.

Re: How to get Favicon to work on all tabs of your site? Ext pages not showing it.

Should just require the favicon.ico file to be uploaded to your sites root directory. If it still doesn't show, then it's probably because of caching. Clear the sites cache, and your browser cache, then it should show.

Re: Adding 'Position fixed' div to Prosilver

Cheers Christian. I did use nearly the same method but I wanted to stick with the 'min-width' and 'max-width' ideally just to keep the CSS as similar as possible to the #wrap for accuracy. It just wouldn't take though...IE needs the width explicitly defined as you suggest... I may have another look....

Re: Creating a robots.txt Files

EDIT: Well that shows me...Having a million windows open working on other stuff. Beaten to it! You can just use any text editor that saves files as [.txt] extensions. Simply open up your choice of editor, and place this within it: User-agent: SemrushBot Disallow: / User-agent: SemrushBot-SA Disallow...

Re: Adding links in footer below forum

I think some people need glasses :geek: It looks like you've made an error in the placement of the HTML and mixed up some of the code... You need to replace the whole copyright div... Replace this: <div class="copyright"> <!-- EVENT overall_footer_copyright_prepend --> {CREDIT_LINE} <!-- I...

It's pretty obvious what he wants. It's right there in the first post. External links to open in a new window, ideally without using an extension.

Simple.

Re: Open external links in new tab/window

Why not just use this extension?

EDIT: I don't know what's wrong with some people on here, the pedanticness and lack of ability to comprehend what people are asking is getting ridiculous.
