Re: Is it possible to add a blog to a phpBB forum?

It sort of worked, but now there are two copyrights, and the new one isn't even in the right place. It's just kind of floating in space between my background and wrap, way off to the left. You simply find your old copyright, and replace it with new code. OR, I kinda think it's looks better at botto...

Re: Is it possible to add a blog to a phpBB forum?

Try this in your /template/overall_footer.html. Powered by phpBB will be credited on index only/always. Your copyright will appear below it on index, however by itself on every other page. Change 2016 to the year you've started your site, and the script will auto-increment year in the future! You j...

Re: Attachment Issue

@canonknisper: I seen they both were called, and how the one class is on responsive-hide, however I was drawing blanks as well to why both loaded when everything does seem correct like James said too. I think you're on to something, perhaps within js?? @James: yes please note again I was only propos...

You Bet! And sounds like a solid plan mate!

FYI: I just checked in another browser on another account, change is working fine. However I did not make a new account, you got this!

Re: Attachment Issue

Nice one James.. I just discovered I have the same issue. So looks like you got another mini-helper on this! :geek: EDIT: I found this in: styles/prosilver/template/posting_body.html , and removed it. Seems to be at least a temporary fix, for now. Attaching files, still works for me and the mess is ...

Re: Error after the Update to 3.2.0

Edit:/ Where is that code from? Visited your site, I see where ya got it from [ROOT]/phpbb/di/container_builder.php , don't change anything in that. I'm definitely leaning towards an extension that's not going to work with 3.2 Check this helpful thread out, the community started: https://www.phpbb.c...

Re: "Invalid username has been entered." How to prevent?

I'm not sure you really need to know that. If they can't log in that's it, job done. Otherwise you're just filling the logs up. I think it's probably more intended for tracking troublesome specific users to see when they've been to the board. Excellent point, I don't need this, at least not anymore...

Is that an extension then because I've never seen that message before in the logs (not that I look at them much)?
Maybe: david63/logfailedlogins :)

Who can keep track of them all, right!

Looks like I was aiming to track them. :)

Re: "Invalid username has been entered." How to prevent?

Those accounts in the screenshot being denied are just A-Z characters. Seems you need at least more than that. Or is that saying they're trying to log in with a username that no longer exists? I haven't seen that error log message before. Oh, they are non-existent accounts, bots, trying to access a...

Re: Error after the Update to 3.2.0

Nice explanation on cache!

Perhaps it's a conflict with an extension that doesn't work with 3.2, very possible. Did you get this fixed yet? Try disabling/enabling extensions to find a culprit?

Re: "Invalid username has been entered." How to prevent?

6 failed logins over 6 hours? That is nothing. I am sure popular boards get hundreds per hour. Now been using KeyCapcha ext and it seemed to have lowered them to 1-2 a day. idk, I guess with a stronger capcha there (dare I say) "could be none". Non that are bots anyways, I realize humans ...

Re: Please help me my custom BBcodes

I'd imagine most of the issues are caused by syntax changes (I'm guessing here) so they would need correcting. I'd be inclined to start a new topic with a good descriptive subject in Custom BBCode Development and Requests for each of your custom BBCodes, including the code in use, that don't seem t...

Re: Statistics in sidebar

I've added a top_bar.html already as this sidebar.html shouldn't be any different (famous last words). You will probably need some css edits for positioning on the whatever side. I will need more info to help any further. What phpBB version are you running? What style & patch of it are you using...
