How do I change forum´s width?

Hey there, I tried to use search, but it won´t work! I remember that I´ve seen some phpBB forums, where forum have some specific widht for example 650 pixels. How can I set a max width to my forum?

Oh, that was the problem...I (WS_FTP) opened it with notepad. With wordpad it seems to be allright...thanks.

I have this same problem. So I just need to edit my config.php and upload it again to the server? Do I need to edit my sql-db at all?

Forum works fine now, only that it sometimes forget my login that I have to login again. And when I post private message it says "Could not find email template file privmsg_notify" but still message goes to right place? And I´m not able to go to ctrl-panel?

There was a cookie problem...I had .cgi-bin.spaceports.com as cookie domain...

I fixed that, but still not able to get to control panel.

I have problem to get to my conrol panel. I had a spaceports account to my forum and I disabled board before I backupped all db-tables and moved my forum to new account. Still need help! Anyone...someone...I´m desperate. Should I change some permissions (CHMOD) before I restore?

Could someone give me a helping hand, how to use phpMyAdmin to restoring...I did check, that there should be everything in backupfile.

I tried to change that phpbbnew prefix to phpbb but it did not helped. Should I erase everything from my forum and disable it or what should I try next? I´m complitely lost. Is there anybody who knows?

There was some phpbbnew_ prefix in the backup sql file. Could I just change it to phpbb with word pad? Or should it be phpBB2 like my directory is?
