Go to the theme, then edit the body class for the main background.

You can edit styles through the admin control panel.

RC1 is coming out Feb. 12 at 4:38pm.
Gold is coming out March 1 at 7:20pm.

For the people who want the old ACP style, the new ACP lets you rearrange it so it can look like it did in 2.0 or any other configuration you want.

Yes, I know of at least one portal project for Olympus is in the works. Probably several I haven't seen. You'll have to wait for at least RC1 comes out before anyone makes them public though.
