Oh don't worry, just say something bad about the support team and they'll response immediately, they even have time to remove the post where I simply asked them to decide, either they're gonna support this product or not, just tell us so we don't wait for nothing. Amazingly how they find time for (unimportant) things yet it takes ages to reply to their customers. And the only thing they can say is "it's hosting problem". Right, all our websites must be coded wrong then since there are about 150 websites per server all running flawlessly. If they're such l33t coders, they should learn how to report errors....a user must NEVER get any "debug" or "error on line X" messages...they're using output buffering, so removing error reports to users would take them less than an hour.
I've already changed a forum on one site to invisionboard, since support team is too lazy to reply. I guess I'll have to install IB to other sites too...sooner or later. I know this doesn't help solving a problem, but this ignorance from the support team is really annoying.
