i got this error,when people sign up finish....

i got this error,when people sign up finish....

when my forum is trying to sent email after a person sign ups,it will receive this error msg...

Failed sending email :: PHP ::

DEBUG MODE

Line : 246
File : /home/virtual/site29/fst/var/www/html/phpBB2/includes/emailer.php

the weird thing is the person still received the email....
