Not as far as i am aware, though phpMyAdmin is a very good editor, common too, and free thats always a +.

if i am correct by default mySQL only lets it connect by local
eg only the user on the server/pc can use that log in name
so unless someone hacked your site and uploaded phpmyadmin so they could make it think it was you i duno
