Boards Crashing and Locking Up

You can see the direct topic here but here is the gist of it:

lock ups in nearly every session

IE 6
Windows ME
1GHz Athlon

Can you please help? I haven't a clue what's going on, only one other user ever experienced this, and him only for a few times, and has yet to recur. (he was using IE5, Win2K)

There is no solution other than to switch browsers. I've been using Opera.

my absolute guess would be that theres some code that's causing this.
but whats wierd is that it doesn't happen with other people.

mab it's a bit of code. it's a big mystery to me.
