Hi,

I suspect that you are using an older version of phpBB2? Some of the new styles are NOT compatable with the older versions of phpBB2

Can you post a link to your forums?

Hi,

The version you have is :-

Code: Select all

Powered by phpBB 2.0.4 © 2001, 2002 phpBB Group
So you are quite out of date at the moment. You should upgrade your forum to 2.0.8a, which is the current version. It solves a number of security issues within phpBB2.

The downloads section (detailed and linked to above) has the files you need to do the upgrade easily.

Hope this helps,

Hi,

No, there shouldn't be. However, it is always good to play safe - so make a backup of your DB. I would suggest that you use phpMyAdmin for this.

More info on that and phpMyAdmin is Here.

If you have no MODs installed then ift should be a matter of uploading the new files and running the upgrade from 2.0.4 to 2.0.8 and you should be set.

Hope this helps.

also, if you don't wish to upgrade right now, you can just copy the subSilver/profile_add_body.tpl file into your other style directory and let it overwrite the one in there, that should solve your problem.
