hello every body.
my phpbb version is phpbb2.0.6
run on mysql3 & apache 2.0.x

i have a problem to ask

when somebody post or reply sometopics
could it auto send a messsage to everybody reply the topics & the guy post the topic....

can you get what i say?

is there some mod can do this? if it is,what the mod is
or no mod can do this ,who can teach me do this manually

There is a MOD, which can be found at phpbbhacks.com - do a search on "email notify" at that site. What it does is allow the Administrator to sign up everyone to receive notifications when a reply is made to a specific topic. This is not a global setting, the Admin will have to set this option for each topic they wish it to apply to.

I do not do one to one help. All problems should be posted on the board so anyone else with a similar problem can read and learn. It also ensures no individual member is being expected to answer everything when they want to spend time with family away from here.

but it does not achive what i wanna

maybe i do not clearly explain what i want

i just wanna if somebody choice <watch this topic for relpys>
after it.if the topic get a relpy the phpbb system will send a pm to him but not a email

can i do it?

well if it sends a PM , it will also send an email if that option is turned on

I have never seen a MOD that sends a PM instead of an email, to notify of a reply . I am sure it can be done if someone wanted to figure out the code and how to change it and how many files would have to be changed, etc.
