links to forum page numbers in topic view (templating, of co

Post by ciaran01 » Sat Nov 17, 2001 12:02 am

there is no way besides the "back" button to get back to a specific page on the forum (except page 1). For large forums such as this one, I would like to see a list of page numbers for the forum itself, (in addition to page numbers for the topic).

Could anyone give me a hint how I could achieve this via templates??

thanks,
ciaran

God no! Not a wysiwyg editor! Anyone who has even mild experience surely knows how badly they can mess up the code? Just use notepad, and that big spongy pink thing in your skull cavity. ;)

as far as I can tell, there is {PAGINATION} and variables such as that, but they track the numbers for TOPIC VIEW when in Topic View and FORUM VIEW when in Forum View.

I want to have access to pages in Forum View when I am checking out a Topic...
