The files are located in /language/lang_english/email/

There are several different "welcome" e-mail files partaining to what settings you have in Admin Panel > General Admin > Configuration for user activation, or the mode of registration, such as COPPA. :)

*Scratches Head*

Like when you first register, or the register confirmation e-mail?

Either one, I do not think you can edit it. I do believe it is a database generated message, not a phpbb generated one.

Ok guys, english is not my languaje and I´ll post my doubt in here...hope im not doing anything wrong.

Im a newbie in this thing (forum administrator). I´ve installed the phpbb 2.0.13 and everything is working just perfect.

But I don´t understand how can i get the "activate acount" email configuration panel.

In my forum, I just need the username and the password and there is no "activation email" at all. Just a "wellcome" email

Where does that function is? How can I configure the activation email?

Hope you guys understand my crappy english and can solve my problem

Cheers

IF you set register to user or admin, then an email will be sent out. if you have it set to none, then the email doesn't go out.
