I uploaded a very large smile pac, is there any way to delete more than one at a time?? This is taking forever!

Open the pak file in wordpad. Then just delete the lines for the smilies you don't want and reload it.

I have already installed them! I can delete the gif icon but the file stays intact

I know you've already installed them.

In the smilie menu, create a pak file (button at the bottom) edit that in wordpad to remove the ones you want then upload the pak file and REinstall it making sure you check the box for deleting the smilies first.
