general error

i keep getting this error...

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 502 unimplemented (#5.5.1)

Does it happen every time?

error 502 usually means smtp isnt enabled on the server.
Probably best to contact your host to ask them what your mail settings should be.

"Unimplemented" usually (but not always) refers to trying to use SMTP AUTH login. Try blanking the username and password fields for SMTP, and see if that fixes it.
